That means the Absolute must have an interactive personal and loving Aspect next to its impersonal Aspect and we consider this loving personal Aspect as "higher" since it is very attractive and easier approachable and helps us to get out from the cycle of births and deaths and sends us the divine healing power (Heilstrom).

Radha is the personification of love and mercy and an eternal companion and lover of Krishna (the All-attractive).
